For text-based keychains, keep letters at least 1.5 mm thick and connected — thin, isolated strokes are fragile and can snap off a keyring. We will flag anything too delicate before printing.

Are 3D-printed keychains better than acrylic keychains?
They solve different jobs. Acrylic keychains are flat, printed graphics sealed in clear plastic — great for artwork and photos. 3D-printed keychains are solid, three-dimensional objects: raised logos, sculpted mascots, textured shapes and multi-colour designs that acrylic cannot reproduce. They are also more durable than thin acrylic, which can crack — PLA and PETG take daily keyring abuse in stride. If you want a 3D shape rather than a flat tag, 3D printing is the better fit.
