1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZeroCore website and services (including our 3D printing quotation tool, file storage, and ordering), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ZeroCore provides:

• Online 3D printing quotation and ordering via our website and Telegram bot.
• User accounts with file storage for 3D model files (.stl, .3mf).
• Managed IT services including endpoint monitoring and patch management.

3. User Accounts

• You may create an account using Google or Microsoft single sign-on (SSO).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Uploaded Files

• You retain ownership of all 3D model files you upload.
• By uploading files, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and use them solely for the purpose of providing our quoting and printing services.
• You must not upload files that infringe third-party intellectual property rights, contain malicious code, or depict prohibited items.
• We reserve the right to remove files that violate these terms without notice.

5. Quotes and Orders

• All quotes generated by our system are estimates and are subject to a final round of quotation before an order is confirmed.
• Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
• Collection dates are indicative and subject to machine availability.

6. Payment

Payment terms are communicated at the time of order confirmation. We accept payment via the methods indicated during checkout. All payments are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

The ZeroCore website, branding, and software are owned by ZeroCore. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload or print items that are illegal, dangerous, or infringe on others' rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the operation of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
