About ZeroCore
ZeroCore is a custom FDM 3D printing service based in Singapore. We print parts for prototyping, small-batch manufacturing, functional components, replacement parts, architecture models, cosplay props and personalised gifts — and we deliver islandwide.
What we do
We are a print-only service. You bring the model; we turn it into a physical part on production-grade hardware. We do not offer CAD or design services, which means we can keep prices tied to machine time and material rather than billable design hours.
If you are still choosing a material, the materials guide compares everything we stock. If you want to know what a job costs before committing, the pricing page explains how our rates work, and the quote builder prices your actual file in seconds.
How we work
- 01
You upload a model
Send an STL or 3MF through the site or the Telegram bot. Both formats are accepted; there is no minimum order beyond our standard minimum charge.
- 02
We slice it for a real price
Your quote is generated by actually slicing the model in Bambu Studio, so the filament weight and print time behind the price are the real ones — not a volume guess. A geometric estimate is used only when slicing is unavailable.
- 03
A human checks it
Every model is reviewed by hand before it goes on a printer. If a part looks too thin to survive its job, badly oriented, or more expensive than it needs to be, we tell you before printing rather than after.
- 04
We print, then deliver
Printed on the H2 series, then delivered islandwide or collected. We are a print-only service — we do not model or design parts for you.
The printers we run
We print exclusively on Bambu Lab's H2 series. Running one printer family rather than a mixed fleet is deliberate: it keeps surface finish, tolerances and colour behaviour consistent from one order to the next.
Bambu Lab H2D
Dual-nozzle IDEX, ~325 × 320 × 325 mm build volume, heated chamber for PA/PC/CF.
Bambu Lab H2C
Vortek 8-hotend swap — up to 7 colours with roughly 58% less purge waste.
Read the full breakdown of why we chose the H2 series, including how it compares to typical budget printers.
Materials we stock
We keep six materials in regular rotation, each with a page explaining what it is good and bad at: PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU, Nylon and Polycarbonate.
Choosing between them is usually the single biggest decision in a job — it drives cost, strength and how long the part survives. Our guides on PLA vs PETG and materials for outdoor use cover the two questions we are asked most.
