  • Account information — email address, display name, and authentication provider (Google or Microsoft) when you sign in via SSO.
  • Uploaded files — 3D model files (.stl, .3mf) you upload to your account or submit for quoting.
  • Quote data — material, quantity, and configuration details you select when requesting a quote.
  • Contact information — name, company, and email when you use our contact form.
  • Usage data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically via server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our 3D printing quotation and ordering services.
  • To store and manage your uploaded model files for your convenience.
  • To communicate with you about your quotes, orders, and enquiries.
  • To maintain the security and integrity of our services.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google OAuth — for account sign-in. Google receives your authentication request. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Microsoft OAuth — for account sign-in. Microsoft receives your authentication request. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
  • Telegram Bot API — quote enquiries submitted via Telegram are processed through Telegram's infrastructure.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and access controls. Uploaded files are stored in user-specific directories and are only accessible to you and our administrators.

6. Data Retention

Account data and uploaded files are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your uploaded files at any time from your account page. To request full account deletion, contact us at [email protected].

7. Your Rights

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Withdraw consent and request deletion of your data.

8. Cookies and analytics

We set two categories of cookies on this site:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — session and CSRF tokens used to keep you signed in to your account or admin area, and to protect form submissions from cross-site forgery. These are set regardless of consent because the site cannot function without them.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — set by default so we can understand which pages are popular and how visitors navigate the site from aggregate statistics. You can opt out at any time by turning Analytics off under the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer, or by clearing your browser's site data for zerocore.sg. Opting out takes effect immediately and is remembered on this browser.
