What Customers Say About ZeroCore: Real Reviews and Real Jobs

Real reviews from ZeroCore customers, quoted as written: communication, speed, quality and going above and beyond, plus the jobs behind them.

What Customers Say About ZeroCore: Real Reviews and Real Jobs

We have 74 reviews averaging 5.0 out of 5, and many more satisfied customers who never wrote one. That number is nice to have, but it isn't the interesting part. The interesting part is what people actually wrote, because it tells you what it feels like to get something printed with us, not just whether the part came out right.

This post pulls together real reviews, quoted as written, and the real jobs behind some of them. We haven't edited the wording or added anything. Where a review mentions something we did once as a favour, we say so, so you know what is a promise and what was a one-off.

The short version

Read enough of the reviews and four themes keep coming up:

  • Communication. Fast replies, patience and plain explanations.
  • Going above and beyond. Taking on awkward jobs and fixing hiccups quickly.
  • Speed. Parts printed the next day, sometimes sooner.
  • Quality. Clean prints, correct colours, parts that fit.

Underneath all four is something softer: people felt looked after. Several reviews say less about the plastic and more about how the whole thing felt.

Communication: being heard, not processed

Most people who come to us aren't engineers. They have a broken part, a game box that needs organising, or a project with a deadline. What they want first is someone who answers and explains things in plain words.

"Seller was patient, friendly and responsive! Was quick & got my part printed the next day, also rlly nice & gave some discounts :)"

reviewer icedvanill64771

"Very friendly seller. Fast response, very helpful and flexible. Able to comms easily."

reviewer l.s.wei

"Really patient and friendly seller. Thanks for the fast and sincere deal. Hope to deal again in the future!"

reviewer facts

"Patient" shows up more than once. That matters to us. If you're asking which material to pick for the first time, you shouldn't feel rushed or talked down to.

Above and beyond: the jobs that stuck with people

The reviews people remember writing are usually about a job that didn't go to plan, or one that other places turned down.

"Above and beyond. I printed a light radar mount for my road bike, and the seller explained the material choices available and which one was most appropriate for my usage. He also printed an additional mount for me at NO COST when I shared that I had two road bikes. This is just next level customer service. Highly recommended and will deal again!"

reviewer superhotfire5

That mount was printed in ASA for heat and UV tolerance, because a bike mount lives outside in the Singapore sun. To be clear, the free second mount was a one-off gesture, not a standing offer. The part we'd like you to take from it is the first half: we explained the options and why one suited the job.

"Seller was super helpful & friendly. Took on a project that many was unable to. Will definitely deal and recommend to anyone looking for 3D printing services. Really love the item, thank you :)"

reviewer callmiemy

"He is very responsive and very responsible. There were some hiccups with the process and he quickly rectified it. Would really recommend him to anyone that needs 3d printing services."

reviewer alvinvin88

We like that last one because it's honest. Things do go wrong sometimes. What people remember is whether you owned it and sorted it out. That's now written into our policy: if a print is wrong or defective, report it from your order page within 30 days and we reprint it free, or refund you if a reprint won't fix it. The details are on our returns page.

Speed: when the deadline is real

"Fast replies and rapid print job. Ordered around evening and rdy to collect by 3am! Seller left it at the locker for easy 24/7 collection. Great print quality, will definitely engage his services again!!"

reviewer ttkoucai

"Very fast response, and very quick with the prints as well! Turned out in good quality, and colours as promised. Highly recommended if you need some 3d prints! I used the service for 3d printed inserts for my board game!"

reviewer kclawed

Not every job will be ready by 3am. Turnaround depends on the size of the print and the queue. Short prints can often be collected the same day, and larger ones may need a day or two. The live calendar on the quote page shows real open slots, and if a deadline is tight we'll tell you whether it's doable before you pay anything.

Quality: better than people expected

"Managed to find someone near my house to 3d print. I was not expecting much, as long as it could fit my equipment, but when I collected it from Bryan the result was phenomenal. Beyond my requirements. The work is top notch. Smooth."

reviewer Kodi_schemodi

"Excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure the print matched my specifications. Print itself was perfect as well, no issues with the final product. Will come back with future orders!"

reviewer marrrk91

"Received the items and love the result thank you so much! Prints are so much cleaner and professional than others I have gone to. Definitely gonna order from you again"

reviewer moonseaco

"I was not expecting much" is a line we think about a lot. A lot of people have had a rough first experience with 3D printing: stringy parts, wrong sizes, colours that didn't match. Part of our job is resetting that expectation.

The real jobs behind the reviews

Two of the jobs behind these reviews:

  • Custom bike radar mount in ASA, built for outdoor use in the Singapore sun.
  • Board game inserts in PLA, in several colours, sized to fit the original box.

What reviews can't tell you

Reviews come from people who were happy enough to write one. So here is what we commit to in writing, for everyone:

  • A price from slicing your actual file, shown before you pay.
  • A human check of every model before it prints.
  • Rush charges, if any, agreed upfront, never added after.
  • If we can't hit your date, we say so before you pay.
  • A free reprint within 30 days if a print is wrong or defective.

Quick FAQ

Are these reviews edited?

No. They're quoted as written, typos and all. We left out one emoji and nothing else.

How many reviews do you have?

74, averaging 5.0 out of 5, plus many more satisfied customers who never left one.

Will I get a free extra part like the bike mount reviewer?

That was a one-off gesture. What you can count on is the free reprint within 30 days for a print that is wrong or defective.
